Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
  • Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed for shipping.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us via email at info.dentocureofficial@gmail.com or call (+91) 60002 95787 with your order details.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return after receiving the product.
2. Cancellation by Dentocure

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment issues or fraudulent transactions are detected.
  • Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect product received
  • Order cancellation before dispatch
  • Failed or duplicate payments

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Orders canceled after dispatch
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice
2. Refund Process

  2. Provide Details: Share order ID, product images, and reason for refund.

  3. Inspection & Approval: Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate the refund.

3. Refund Timeline
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).
  • If a customer refuses delivery for reasons other than damage or incorrect product, a restocking fee may apply.
