1. Shipping Process & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping location:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5-10 business days
• Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, and tracking details will be provided via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).
• Standard shipping charges apply to orders below the free shipping threshold, based on location.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• Customers can check the status of their shipment using the provided tracking link.

4. Delays & Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or public holidays.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received
  • Expired product

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and invoice copies.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products (due to hygiene reasons)
• Items without original packaging or invoice
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

3. Return Process

2. Provide Details: Share order ID, product images, and reason for return.
3. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup or you may need to self-ship the product.

• Refund Mode: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
